“I haven’t written a review for TD Bank yet since my account is still fairly new, but after today’s experience, I just had to share! Every time I call customer service, I’m always met with the most cheerful and helpful representatives — even during times when I’m quite literally monetarily losing it (lol). Somehow, they always manage to put a smile on my face.
Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Athena regarding a balance inquiry and a check my husband deposited on Friday. She was so bright and cheery — you could practically hear her smile through the phone! She went above and beyond to help resolve my concerns and answered all my questions with such patience and positivity. Truly top-notch service.
This isn’t a one-time thing either. Every time I’ve called, the service has been consistently excellent. And it’s not just over the phone — their in-branch service is just as amazing. The Bethpage branch, in particular, has been a joy to visit. Viviane and Armand are always so warm and welcoming with the biggest smiles. I actually sent them Crumbl cookies once to say thank you for the exceptional service they’ve provided to me and my husband.
