“The only reason this institution exists is because savings banks are worse. Pretty low bar for service. I wish someone would start up a banking institution that is actually good. Update - Joe Nocella spent significant time with us today helping solve a problem. So I’m upgrading my review. Thanks Joe.”

He demonstrates strong knowledge of financial products and consistently provides clear, well-structured guidance tailored to client needs. Communication is prompt and transparent, and he takes the time to ensure every detail is handled efficiently. What stands out most is his commitment to client service—he follows through, stays proactive, and makes complex processes feel straightforward. “I dont know why so many negative reviews about the tellers. Perhaps entitled or disrespectful customers. Weekly use for the past 3 years and everyone was efficient, very pleasant and above expectations. Would recommend without hesitation. The occasional need for a transactions at one of the desks were handled successfully. Vivian is amazing. Would not surprise me if in time she was in upper management.”
