I was greeted warmly by Mike and right away he showed his expertise by easily untangling the wild chain. He told me what I was working with and showed my a subtable chain replacement that was better that what I had and matched the custom lockett I came in with. I’m happy with my purchase that didn’t break my wallet. Thank you for being the only jewelry store in the area that was open after 6. I will be back for future purchases and asking for Mike. 🙏🏾”

Before proceeding, Eddie took the time to honestly explain the true retail value of my diamond. Rather than encouraging me to pay for an appraisal I might not need, he was transparent and upfront about the situation. Because of his integrity and professionalism, I decided to move forward with the appraisal anyway. Not only was the service exceptional, but their appraisal fee was approximately 70–75% lower than what I was quoted in New York City and the surrounding counties. In fact, Eddie even charged me less than the standard appraisal fee. The drive was absolutely worth it.
