“This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”

“The pharmacist Renee at the Bethpage, NY store was the most caring and compassionate person I have encountered in a long time. I was going through a rough time because my mom died. I needed a refill on a prescription medication and she made sure she moved heaven and earth to get it done. I was undergoing a lot of anxiety because I ran out of my medication and she went above and beyond to help me. Caring people like this are hard to find in today's society. Renee is a kind, caring and wonderful pharmacist. I appreciated her so much that I called corporate to make sure they know what a wonderful employee they have. I hope she gets the accolades she deserves. Her kindness cheered someone up who was very sad tonight. She made me feel like I mattered.”

“This review is for the pharmacy. This CVS pharmacy is the best in the area. I have been going to this location for about 7 years now. They always fill prescriptions quickly (always less than 30 minutes). The staff is kind and professional. The pharmacists are always available to answer your questions and do so with patience. The wait time is never long because if they see a line, people step up and help out (which is rare to see). I drive past two other CVS locations (and their competitors) to go to the South Oyster Bay Road pharmacy.”

“I work six minutes to the CVS, so I stop by on my way to work for some candy. I forgot the sweet woman name at the register. She's always so pleasant and rhe other day a customer forgot their receipt she speed walk to the parking lot to give it to the customer. I thought that was so nice of her sometimes it's the small gestures lord knows we need it.”

“My union changed insurance and the first time using it was not good. After getting the run around I contacted the union and then submitted my refills via the Walgreens app. Once again there was an issue. I called the pharmacy and when I eventually spoke to the pharmacist, Amanda the issue was quickly discovered. Amanda worked her magic on the computer and ALL 5 meds went through. She then had he entire order completed within 20 minutes and they were ready for pickup before I arrived at the store. At the store Amanda took the time to explain everything and assured me future refills will have no more issues. A quick, kind, and professional solution to my problem.
