“Kate, the postal manager at this site is phenomenal! Extremely kind, courteous, and always helpful. Even though they have shorter hours than Baker Street, this is my go to post office.”
“Gor the product I was needing. Great customer service. Little false info even on receipt, same day prints. I drove 40min and it was pick up next day service. I was sent to make it a day check other places out get lunch and go back in a few hours. Lucky for me I ordered weeks in advance. I work 3rd shift and from out of State. I have personal limitations on just popping back over. As stated I got what I needed and love how they turned out!!!! Just be upfront on turn around, they did mail to me free shipping.”
“This is my go-to post office, and it never disappoints. I’m rarely in line, if there even is one! The gentleman who is usually there when I stop in is always kind, polite, and professional. It’s a smooth and stress-free experience every time.”
“I and my husband recently visited this USPS store and had an excellent experience. The staff, particularly the lady who assisted us, was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that all our needs were met and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant!”

“Dave is one of the best! Friendly and always willing to help with any questions or issue. I have seen him go out of his way on many occasions (I’m a daily customer) to help a customer!”
“I had a pillow my daughter forgot after Christmas, and she asked me to deliver it to her. The lady at the front desk was more than helpful. She helped me with a box for it, it was one of those long pillows. She helped me save a lot of money. She did a lot of work to get it to fit in a box. This place is more than excellent.”

“I go there often and the gentleman that works their is a older man Always kind and and patient, I just feel he needs a shot out for all his hard work and dedication!!!!”
“Never a bad experience at this location. Could use an exterior remodal or even a coat of paint would improve a lot. Exterior doesn't speak well for the city.”
“I came in to get my fingerprints done about 15 minutes before close on a Friday. The woman that helped me was so unbelievably kind, patient, and courteous. I apologized profusely for keeping her late and she was more concerned with helping me than anything else. It was the best customer service anyone could ask for and I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I love USPS here in Big Flats. They are always nice, and accommodating. My family owns a small business and ships a lot, so its nice to come in and be recognized. I also had chickens shipped here, they held them on the side where it was warmest to make sure they kept the temps up. Small town feel is the best!”
