“First off. I never knew about this place untill about a year ago. Now I dont go anywhere else. Patrick, the guy behind the counter, so extremely helpful and courteous. Yes prices might be a bit higher then online, but if you need to return something or exchange, absolutely no problem. you don't have to go through the hassle of trying to ship something back that you bought off online or pay for shipping etc.. they always carry the best quality parts, and 99% of the time they always have the part I'm looking for. Why go to the big parts store where they just treat you like a customer, auto plus treats you like family! So if you're looking for a new part store, highly recommend this place.”

“I've delt with cook brothers for more then 40 years and Bill Gardner more 40 years. Bill is one of the top parts guys in the area. Cook is one of the best shop in triple city and farther. Place has a huge inventory of parts. The parts guy do everything possible to get you what you need and as soon as possible.Cory in and They're drive line shop is top notch and don't cut corners.Broke my driveshaft in the parking lot down the road. I pull the driveshaft out and took it to them they got rite on it and got it done.”

“The man working was so helpful! I am sure I was very annoying with all of my questions and multiple purchases but he helped me calmly the whole time. Then he was very friendly when after an hour I also asked if he could check my battery. Thank God he did! I found out on the last day of my NEW car warranty that the alternator and battery were failing one another. Made an appointment right then at Honda. He was absolutely the perfect amount of professionalism with unbiased answers, and he knew his stuff! Thank you! As I told him, ILL BE BACK ?”
“Our daughter was in an accident with her car. It was up in the air if they were going to total her car or get it fixed. We took it to Butch's Collision. Chris (the owner) was up front about all that needed to be done and was thorough through the estimate. He even worked with the insurance company, so we didn't have to. They do great work. Her car is like new again and the car didn't have to get totalled after all. Saved us from having to buy her another car! This is a great compaby with honest, hard working people who we trust with all our vehicles. Thank you for making this hard time easier to get through. “Busy place....great service. The workers are busy, but took apart my Key FOB to put in new traits, (free of charge)! When the FOB key battery is Low, change it Fast OR you have to hold solid FOB head unit to your push button start TO STOP YOUR LOUD HORN FROM SQUEALING!
Advanced Auto guys are fantastic and never see them in a 'bad nor upset' mood. Due to diverse customers that have anger issues, I am sure Advanced Auto meets these people too!

“Great yard, friendly and helpful staff. The bus is great. My only complaint is that they removed pretty much all useful information about their vehicles on their inventory list, making it a hassle to find the correct trim level of a vehicle. There is no more vin number, no more pictures, and no more trim level. As a result, I now come less often.”
