Hands down worst customer service of any UHaul I have ever used.
Arrived on time and told I needed additional ID that was never disclosed during successful pre-check-in or booking. After driving home for my passport, manager Jose still expected the van back at the original time. Cancelled and went to Enterprise instead.

The man I talked to at the store was extremely knowledgeable. He told me they would have to cut into my bumper to install the hitch and wanted to confirm with me that I was okay with that. I said no, the installation never happened and now almost two weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. Give me my money back!

I waited an hour and a half in the driveway just to find out they didn’t have the right hitch for my truck. On top of that they broke the glass to my brake light so now I have to go get that fixed as well. Go somewhere professional trust me
