“Very happy with their service. Walked out to my car this morning to a completely shattered back window. I called 5ish places before reaching out to Nickel City and nobody could get me in until Friday at the earliest. So so happy that they were recommended to me - Dave and his employees are awesome!! They were able to get me in same day and my window was fixed within just a few hours. They even vacuumed all of the broken glass out of my trunk. Also one of the more reasonable quotes in the area. “I have purchased a membership for the second year. I like the prices comparable to grocery stores buying multiple. It usually works out saving a few dollars and then you use a coupon to save even more money. The store is clean and organized. The only thing I don't like is that they like to remodel the store and then it throws you off when you go in and the layout has changed. Staff is very helpful and polite.”
“Employees took me and my concerns seriously and with respect. They were quick and efficient. Another tire shop which I will not mention (Mavis Discount Tires at the corner of Abbott and Ridge in Lackawanna, NY) not only was going to charge me $200 more, they also had me make two appointments and then told me I'd have to wait up to 4 hours for service. Pep Boys had me on my way with brand new tires in under 90 minutes WITHOUT an appointment. I will be going to Pep Boys from now on. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”
