“Pep Boys's services are always priced reasonably. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On 2/29/24, I dropped my car off for a state inspection and oil change. I like the text option where you can download your vehicle report.Within a few minutes of downloading the report, a tech called me to go over repairs. They had all parts (tires, brakes) and had the work done same day. They have flexible hours and often have deals and coupons on their website. They reset my oil life and replaced the inspection sticker. My cars sounds 100% better. Very pleased ?”

“I have purchased a membership for the second year. I like the prices comparable to grocery stores buying multiple. It usually works out saving a few dollars and then you use a coupon to save even more money. The store is clean and organized. The only thing I don't like is that they like to remodel the store and then it throws you off when you go in and the layout has changed. Staff is very helpful and polite.”
