“I've been coming here, to have various auto work done, for years. great service and they treat you like family. prompt and honest, will explain what's needed and if you don't need it ,they will tell you that also. I will continue to take my vehicle there”
“Excellent overall except for the $150 road hazard charge which I declined... Had I ordered the tires from Tire rack this would not have been an issue as they offer it included.”
“Got my inspection and new tires done here and couldn’t be happier! Doug and his crew gave me the best deal, made the process super easy, and treated me with respect the whole time. The shop has that honest, family feel you don’t see often anymore. They really care about helping people, not taking advantage of them. Highly recommend!”
“I have purchased a membership for the second year. I like the prices comparable to grocery stores buying multiple. It usually works out saving a few dollars and then you use a coupon to save even more money. The store is clean and organized. The only thing I don't like is that they like to remodel the store and then it throws you off when you go in and the layout has changed. Staff is very helpful and polite.”
“Employees took me and my concerns seriously and with respect. They were quick and efficient. Another tire shop which I will not mention (Mavis Discount Tires at the corner of Abbott and Ridge in Lackawanna, NY) not only was going to charge me $200 more, they also had me make two appointments and then told me I'd have to wait up to 4 hours for service. Pep Boys had me on my way with brand new tires in under 90 minutes WITHOUT an appointment. I will be going to Pep Boys from now on. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”
