Everyone is very welcoming and they have any machine you can think of! My husband and son go to this gym as well. It’s great for families and all fitness levels. The pricing is great as well. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to improve their health and fitness!”
“If you have a special needs child you must learn about this place. They are ACTUALLY inclusive, unlike a lot of places that say they are but then ask you to not come back =D.Seriously- they understand what it's like to be turned away form places, or be told your child is too difficult. They made this space for us. They know how it is, and they never, ever turn a child away. They just make sure they have the right resources in place to accommodate them.They host free play sessions, and have very reasonable rates for paid activities. They have a drop-off social skills class every Saturday, and they run week long events during school breaks. My kid did SO well at this last one!Everyone there is so loving to all the kids, and so understanding. They work with them and make sure everyone feels special and loved. I can't say enough great things about this organization! We even had our sons last birthday party there!!!”
“I’ve never been the type to wake up super early to work out but f45 changed that. 45 minute workouts that make you feel so accomplished and stronger. The atmosphere is beyond wonderful with everyone being so encouraging and friendly. The trainers do their best to make sure that everyone is getting the best out of the classes”

“I was briefly passing through town, and wanted to get a quick workout in before I caught my bus. This place happened to be close to the bus station, so I asked if I could pay for a single session. The owner was incredibly nice and let me come in and do a workout for free.The gym itself is great. Nice, well-maintained equipment, and a good layout. And the aesthetic is like no other gym I've ever been to. Plus, a great smoothie bar.”

“The facilities are quite excellent. The sauna has just recently been completely refurbished and is quite nice.I'd give it 5 stars if only some of the patrons there could realize that the sauna/hot tub/steam room are often a place where a person wants to experience a bit of relaxing solitude instead of hearing folks discuss the minutiae of their daily experiences AT THE LOUDEST POSSIBLE SPEAKING LEVEL.I took to the swimming pool to escape someone's conversation about accounting and, no word of exaggeration, I could still hear them droning on from the far end of the pool with my ears under water.I am not supposing that people not be allowed to speak to one another whatsoever, but it's fairly rude and oblivious to have to endure people as much as shouting to someone two feet away from them in what might otherwise be a placid aquatic environment.Still, it's not implicitly the YMCA's responsibility for thee LOUD TALKERS WITH NO SELF-AWARENESS, but it doesn't make the experience bthe Haven of quietude that some of us seek.”

“Much better space since the most recent move. I've heard that there is new management, which if that is the case is making a World of difference! Only issue I have had is finding parking, and getting blocked in due to other members parking all over the place. The police constantly park on the side of the building which cuts off visibility before walking into an active parking lot and can be quite dangerous. VERY icy lot in winter as well!”
“I've been a member here since 2018 and took a break after Covid hit but i rejoined last Aug and the staff has always been super friendly. Most of them also remember you by name. The facility is clean and bigger than most gyms i've seen and I've never had any issues with any of the members there. The crowd is better here compared to other chains. When i rejoined, I decided to try out their personal training program to get back in shape and it has been an amazing experience. My trainer Matt has been great to work with and i highly recommend him and Maddy the training director is a pleasure to deal with as well. They explained everything very clearly and i was never surprised with anything during the program. They help to make sure you reach the desired goal with monthly measurement/check ins and keep you motivated.”
