“Buying jewelry can be overwhelming especially when you are dealing with something sentimental. My husband and I were shopping around for a new setting for my original engagement diamond and we weren’t having much luck. That all changed when we met Sarah!! She was welcoming, really listened to what I was looking for and not once did she try to push me in a different direction. Together we found EXACTLY what I was looking for, literally what I had pictured. When it was all said and done we had decided to get a custom setting and I couldn’t have been more excited. Sarah’s communication during this whole process was beyond what you would expect. She updated me at every step, made sure I received a video of the ring rendering and genuinely seemed to be as excited as I was. It was such a pleasure dealing with her that we wait 2 extra days to pick up the ring just so we could make sure she was available when we went. The ring came out GORGEOUS, 1000/10 no complaints!! I had also visited several other local establishments, none of which could beat their offer. Some larger jewelers went so low as to only offer just more than half of what TAG offered me.

“I recently reached out on social media about a previously custom bracelet (a few years ago) and was hoping to get another one. Diana, the owner, recognized me from my profile picture right when I walked in the store. That attention to detail is unheard of. Even based on that information alone I was beyond impressed. And of course my bracelet is beautiful! You can tell she put a lot of effort and thought into making it. I absolutely LOVE it. She even wrote down all the crystals that were in it. I feel so hopeful and a sense of peace after receiving this. I left the store with a big smile and definitely will be back. Also you cannot beat these prices!
