“Wow can’t believe all the bad reviews. First we went to the store in Blasdell, ny. Our salesman was great! We picked a mattress and it was delivered, after getting it we noticed that it did not fit our king size bed frame. We measured and sure enough the measurements were not what they should be for a king mattress. We went back to the store and told our salesman and they were reordering a new one, 2-3 weeks. After sleeping on it for a week my husband and I were both experiencing low back and hip pain, it was not the comfort we were looking for. We head back to the store and the stopped the reader and we picked a new mattress. We were told up from the first visit that if this were to happen and we picked a mattress the second time that was cheaper than the first we would not be reimbursed and that there was a $75 charge for returning a mattress. Our new one was $300 cheaper, we did ask about being able to maybe purchase a mattress for our daughter with the difference but that was as a no, kind sucks but I’d rather be out a few hundred than stay in a bed I was not comfortable in. Our second mattress comes and so far so good! I hope it works out because you are only allowed 1 return.
Not sure if it was the customers not listening on some of these reviews or poor sales person but our guy was great and gave us a very bit of info the very first visit!”

“John was absolutely amazing, even tho I was just buying a pillow he helped me find the best one in my price range and made sure it was perfect for me. He has a great personality and doesn’t shove things in your face like normal sales people he genuinely helps you find what your looking for. I loved my pillow so much I went to see him to buy another one a week later. Kyle was a lot of fun too we talked about getting our nails done!”

“We recently visited Raymore and Flanigan and had the pleasure of working with Adam V 🥰 I was set on buying a certain mattress however when my husband and I tested it out, it wasn't what I thought it would be after all my hard research 😭 I explained to Adam the specifications we were looking for and he was quick to recommend another suggestion that we fell in love with 🤗 Adam was patient while we tested out multiple beds and pillows, efficiently answered all of our questions and was extremely personable! He truly went above and beyond to made our experience delightful 💕 We got to walk out with our amazing pillows and we cannot wait for our new bed and box spring to arrive!! Thank you! 🛏”

“This store is fun to shop in. Roger is so helpful and stands behind everything he sells. We bought a bed made by the Amish and it is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. We ordered a new frame for the bed also and he kept in touch while we waited for delivery. I would definitely recommend shopping here.”
“So happy with my Sleep Number purchase!!! Initially purchased a king Purple mattress at a local store, sales person showed us the most expensive mattress in the store but would have been $15k for a split king so settled for just a regular king. Wasn’t really happy with that purchase since it was so expensive and still wasn’t getting what I wanted-split king, so we went back to Sleep Number to look at all the options available and realized not only were they more affordable, there were different options to choose from and the service is top notch! We canceled our other order for the Purple and purchased a Sleep Number bundle instead, can’t wait for delivery!! Jaime was so helpful and answered all our questions and showed us different options with each mattress , as well as different pillow and sheet options so we knew exactly what we were paying for! All of their products appear to be such high quality so even if you’re not buying the most expensive mattress with all the bells and whistles, you know you are still getting a great product that will last a long time! My only fear is I will be so comfortable that I won’t want to get out of bed LOL!!”
“Okay this store needs to be known by more of Buffalo!!! I was researching futon mattresses and discovered the Otis brand is manufactured right here in Buffalo. They sell them on Amazon but i wanted to support local, so I called the store and John took care of everything from start to finish! He helped make me a custom futon with special fabric he wanted to try out and it’s the comfiest thing ever! It was also even cheaper than the online price and it was ready within the week. Their customer service is top notch- everyone I spoke with was so sweet and just genuine, good people. 20/10 recommend for anyone looking for mattresses in the area!”

“In-store service was top-tier customer service lady walked me through the aisle. Help me pick out the best situation for me when it comes to the washer and dryer. Delivery man came asked a couple questions went downstairs removes a big washer and dryer and brought my washer and dryer downstairs connected them and left. They did their job very professionally and accurately very good customer service and delivery.”

“I walked in and talked with a Salesman named Robert he was very polite and did not try to push me into a more expensive mattress setup then I wanted he was very helpful and worked with me. I had stopped at several stores in the area earlier that day and all the sales people steered me to the some of the most expensive mattresses they had. It was nice to talk to salesperson that worked with me for a good deal I would recommend him again. Paul
