Process was pretty confusing for me as this has never happened but Ventura’s was super helpful and Bonnie was patient with all my questions. They also did a great job repairing. “My car died on me and my insurance company tried to charge me over $300 for a tow I had no electricity in the car so I could not do anything I was stranded when I got in contact with them it was a complete shock how low they estimated it would be and i signed up for the yearly service the guy was super nice and very helpful they got there before the estimated time as well. The driver was careful with my vehicle which was most appreciated.”

“Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.”
