“1st of all, I want to say, "CHEAP work isn't GOOD and GOOD WORK ISN'T CHEAP" With that said, let's begin.I originally took my RAM truck to a repair shop on Center road and Seneca St, in West Seneca. 1 mile from my apartment. Each time I took it there, they found something new they wanted to charge me for and stated, that if I didn't get the items repaired they suggested, they wouldn't do the other work at all? I was told, my Ram truck was "DANGEROUS" and "UNSAFE" to drive? Hmmm, I thought?Not happy with them at all. I felt like I was being "LEVERAGED" or "STRONGARMED" by them.I told my "HUNGARIAN" friend what I was dealing with and ask him if he knew of a reputable shop. I wanted to find a "GOOD, HONEST" shop to do my repairs and he said, "He knows a place" I thought, here we go as he's quite the personality, however I "TRUST" him completely. He never gave me "BAD" advice in the past.The guys here were completely honest with me and the repairs were done within the two (2) days, as stated.The repairs were extensive:- Both front hubs- Upper front ball joints both sides- Front sway bar pins- Tie rod ends both inner and outer- Front struts- Rear shocks- Brakes pads and rotors all the way around- Four new tires, mounted and balanced- Front end alignmentIt's been about 6 weeks now and I am still VERY PLEASE with the work they completed for me. Rides and drives like a new truck again...In the future, I will have them work on my truck even though, they are clear across town from me. 2 thumbs up. “2008 STI complete rebuild! Called multiple subaru/high performance tuners and these guys were the only ones that talked to me like a human and gave me realistic expectations. Starting with my call into Smukalls, their receptionist was understanding of my panic of a blown up engine and my limited understanding of what was going on. In no time we had the car lined up to be taken in and torn apart. Sense then (almost a year and a half now) the STI runs like a dream and has had only a few things I've had to bring it in for. Being a bad baring and bad distributor that ended up being an easy fix for these guys and a load off of my shoulders. I'm so happy with these guys work and you will be too.”

“I know sometimes we come on here to complain but I wanted to make sure that I give an amazing huge shout out to Just Tow It & RecoveryYesterday I wound up Stranded by myself in an unfamiliar neighborhood and had to have my 2002 pickup truck towed. I called the first couple of places that were on the list and they told me it was going to be 3 to 4 hours before they could get to me. And then I called Just Tow It. They told me it would be 40 minutes and they were there at 45 minutes. The driver was super friendly and accommodating and even drove me home instead of making my husband come get me from the tow yard.They are going to be replacing the calipers on my brakes and their prices are extremely reasonable. I am very fortunate to have had an opportunity to do business with this company. “Well, my story starts off somewhat embarrassing (but also funny), but here goes. I scheduled an appointment here thinking it was my buddies shop (don't ask how I messed this up...). I showed up following the GPS and immediately realized it is NOT my buddies shop, but I wasn't about to be a jerk and blow off my scheduled appointment.The first thing that caught my eye was how quickly they could get me in for basic work + an oil change. Other shops are weeks (even a month) out, and these guys were willing to see me next-day. Awesome!The shop was very nice, the seating extremely comfortable, and the owner offered me coffee. By offered me coffee, I mean he literally brewed and poured the coffee for me.. wow.Lastly - the price! For the amount of work I got done (inspection, oil change, several light bulbs needing replaced), I was out the door cheaper than other shops were quoting an oil change ALONE. They used high quality Valvoline synthetic oil and a high quality Napa Gold oil filter. This is huge for me - I despise using no-name brands for the sake of saving a few bucks and it seems this shop only carries high end supplies.The shop employees and owner were extremely kind, talkative, and willing to explain things.I may have come here on accident, but, the next time I go it will not be an accident. Great work guys - you've earned another customer.”
