Lots of fresh food, and obvi an astonishingly wide selection of dry goods.The staff is decent here, and the shopping area is usually clean.”

“Wow I thought Saturdays and Sundays were busy so are Fridays great products and lines move quickly. Plenty of parking but it's not for the in a rush person.... Don't go . You need time patience and maybe caffeinated drink to get your Costco experience done.”
“Took my Tesla Model 3 here for a tire change. Was hesitant to bring it here initially, but it came with a significant price saving compared to Costco and Tesla. To begin, it was pretty easy placing an order online. They seem to periodically run deals for tires, so you end up getting somewhat of a discount for name brands (I got $70 off for a Michelin tire). After placing the order, I got confirmation via the app after 2-3 days that they had arrived and I needed to schedule an appointment. Called the main number listed here, but was sent to their national center, which wasn't that big of a deal and was pretty quick to set something up. Once arriving, the manager greeted us quickly and checked us in. The manager did ask if I had pucks to jack the car up, which at least showed me that they had some knowledge and experience with this kind of car. Provided the pucks just for peace of mind and everything went pretty seamless from there. All in all, i think it only took about 30 minutes as they didn't appear busy (went on a weekday at 11 AM). Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. The only somewhat con I would say is that I noticed they would lean the new tires against the car before placing it on. Not sure what the point of this was, but other than that, I can't complain. I'd come back here and recommend using these guys especially as they warranty the tire and it comes with free rotations.”

What a beautiful place to start off your day with delivery 🚚. It’s right on cliff edge of Hudson River with some nice cool breeze from river. You can park overnight at the dock and someone will wake you up in morning. Unloading was pretty quick although it was a tire load on floor. Great job guy’s.”

“Honestly I always have a great experience here. Easy in and out with the app. Recently I had an exception experience in the bakery. Long story short the cake I was making did not work out so I needed an emergency cake. Showed up stressed and unsure what to do. Julio and Katherine listened to my story and made a two tier cake happen same day! I am so thankful! It was a solid cake in grey with black beaded trim. So not just your everyday request. I wanted to add the decorations myself but needed the foundation. Was delicious and a real hit at the party! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
“Came in for replacement tires that I purchased online. Brian was very helpful, and deserves commendation for his customer service skills.
Everything seems good so far. I didn't give them 5 stars because the wait time was significantly longer than an hour and a half. This seems to be a common experience with other customers.
The place was very busy, which probably contributes to the wait times being in excess of what is told to the customer. I guess I would recommend either not taking so many appointments, or increasing the number of bays/staff.
I would have went into the store to shop, but because the wait time was long + unpredictable, I went elsewhere to spend the time.”
“I want to give a big shout out to the bakery team and bakery manager for their excellent customer service. They made the most beautiful sheet cake for my son’s 4th birthday party. In addition, when my son got unexpectedly sick and his birthday party was rescheduled, they offered to make me another sheet cake for his birthday. I cannot be more thankful for their kindness and empathy during an already stressful situation. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from here in the future! Thank you BJ’s bakery team!”
