Everything seems good so far. I didn't give them 5 stars because the wait time was significantly longer than an hour and a half. This seems to be a common experience with other customers.
The place was very busy, which probably contributes to the wait times being in excess of what is told to the customer. I guess I would recommend either not taking so many appointments, or increasing the number of bays/staff.
I would have went into the store to shop, but because the wait time was long + unpredictable, I went elsewhere to spend the time.”

In addition, when my son got unexpectedly sick and his birthday party was rescheduled, they offered to make me another sheet cake for his birthday.
