I quickly stopped by the location and was given a quick tour and was shown my reserved choices. The location was “top notch”, very clean, easy to navigate and the staff was informative and professional. Within an hour of touring the facility, my wife and I made our decision to choose “Extra Space” and I was able to utilize my rental, the very next morning. Excellent service!!! “Lot of space for easy backing, Tony is super nice and fast unload. Building a little confusing, receiving door is around back. Entrance for lot is before the building. Signs are posted and easily visible. I hate the northeast but I would come back here anytime.”

I almost didn't rent here because I started with some young kid who I think name is Shawn who was full anger and unpolite ways.I understand if there's no knowledge of the job or even just having a bad day .but to be rude ,lazy and aggressive with no friendly engagement isn't welcoming . Sorry I interrupted your smoke break phone time when I arrived. So to say I'm glad I was coming back to say cancel me out the system and he wasnt there .the property manager changed my mind and stoled my joy and got me to rent .thank you”
