“Justin was absolutely fantastic!!! He was super knowledgeable and explained everything and was super informative & polite. I couldn't of asked for better”
“Just had an amazing experience with Colin in the office. He had a wine of people and was the only person there he handled everything for all of us with patience and understanding as we all had to change our codes because they just changed ownership in front of us was the older woman who is losing two giant storage units and is late on her payments and we all had to wait while she asked 30 questions which is understandable. Colin handled it like a pro. Your company is lucky to have he like this young man.”
“Donna at Extra Space Storage was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, even when the circumstances weren’t ideal. I really appreciate the way she handled everything and would highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Donna!”

“We were looking for a clean, well lit place to put our extra storage items and we ended up at Patchogue Extra Space Storage. James was very helpful and explained all of our options and size difference. He also walked us down to show us what the different units looked like. All in all a great experience and I feel great about putting all of my belongings into storage. Thanks James for your help!”

“Just used them on Saturday, what a great overall experience. First, they called a few days before the move. They'd checked the weather and adjusted to come earlier to beat the rain and protect our stuff. Three professionals came and got right to work disassembling and packing our stuff. Then came to the new house and placed everything where we wanted it with care and concern. We had a house full of stuff and they didn't bat an eye. Even finished under the allotted time and got us in under estimate. I've used movers before, and this experience blows them out of the water. Money well spent, will use them again!”
“Brenda was so helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time. She is an angel, I highly recommend her and the company!!!”

“I have been renting a storage unit at Public Storage in Coram for almost a year now and have always found that the property is safe and secure, and thanks to the property manager Ris the property is well maintained. Ris and Bryan have always been willing to take the time to answer any questions that I might have had related to the storage of my belongings and have always been willing to assist me whenever possible.I have also had the pleasure of meeting the district manager Aaron on two separate occasions and like Ris and Bryan was very professional and willing to answer any questions that I might have had.I have recommended this facility to several friends who have also found the staff to be very professional and helpful.”

“A Well-Deserved Thank You
I'd like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at our Oakdale, NY location — Tom.
Without me even having to ask, Tom went above and beyond to resolve a matter that was genuinely difficult to address. He handled it quickly, thoughtfully, and thoroughly. Thank you, Tom!
It's reassuring to know there are still people who care about doing the right thing — not everything is just about the bottom line.
