“I visited this location looking to rent a storage unit and found the manager Angela to be very helpful. She was very personable and kind. While she was helping other customers in my presence i was amazed with how she solved every issue with ease and was very knowledgable. She was offering to help the customers even after hours if they needed. She is a huge asset to public storage and i will be back to rent the unit from her. I wish i could give her more stars. Ive had a few units over the years at other locations and was always treated sub par.”

“I must say I was so pleased and taken away from the woman in the office.. her smile , attitude and personality was just above any average.. I almost didn't rent here because I started with some young kid who I think name is Shawn who was full anger and unpolite ways.I understand if there's no knowledge of the job or even just having a bad day .but to be rude ,lazy and aggressive with no friendly engagement isn't welcoming . Sorry I interrupted your smoke break phone time when I arrived. So to say I'm glad I was coming back to say cancel me out the system and he wasnt there .the property manager changed my mind and stoled my joy and got me to rent .thank you”

And the only work that she deals with a lot from customers who use their dumpster and other things and she was so courteous and polite. She opened up a storage bin for me to deliver to and accommodating me. If you're looking for friendly and affordable place St. James self storage is your spot ask for Tiffany. My name is Warren and I work for Yrc trucking and it was a pleasure delivering there .”

“Lot of space for easy backing, Tony is super nice and fast unload. Building a little confusing, receiving door is around back. Entrance for lot is before the building. Signs are posted and easily visible. I hate the northeast but I would come back here anytime.”
