“Nice Stewart's with a friendly staff and clean bathrooms, in a good location with a dollar general across the street and a nearby automotive garage, gas is usually with a penny or 2 of the circle k down the street a mile or so, sometimes more sometimes less depending on the day”
“Great local convenience store with good food.
While working nearby we came in a few times to grab coffee, hydration, or lunch.
The staff is friendly and happy to assist. Their food is REALLY good. I tried their chicken riggies which were very good, their Reuben which was awesome, and their pizza which was good, not great.
I’d highly recommend stopping if you’re passing through.”
“Always good for a quick stop and go depending on what you need, if it's produce, you outta luck but if it's dry goods or refrigerated or frozen goods, they got you, also has a small selection of automotive stuff, oil, trans fluid, air fresheners, tools, duct tape, odds and ends, also household items, pots and pans, kitchen ware, utensils, staff is usually friendly even when they're understaffed and trying to play catch up to get all the stock on the shelves, all and all they do a good job even when under pressure to get caught up when things get behind due to staffing issues”
“Best dollar general I've been to. Amazing selection, brand names, fair pricing, neat and clean and they have a public restroom. Other Doller General's should take note.”
“Tucked away behind Stewart's on Main Street, a building boldly labeled Awesome Country may leave you wondering what's inside... I was definitely curious. Do they have cowboy boots and big belt buckles? Nope. It's actually one of the biggest country stores I've ever seen. They sell farmhouse home decor, classic/retro candy, holiday wreaths for doors, iron, and woodwork for outdoors, linens, jewelry, natural handmade soaps, dips, sauces, pickles & all kinds of baked goods. In addition, they make the best sandwiches and wraps (using Boars' Head deli meat) that you can enjoy there or take to go. Great place to pick up last-minute gifts or to grab a pie to take to a friend. I can't give it a 5-star because the prices on some items are pricey, making it seem more like a tourist novelty store than a local hometown business.”
