I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage in Buffalo, NY and it was all thanks to Angela!
From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes the extra mile, but Angela absolutely does.
She made what could have been a complicated or overwhelming situation feel easy and organized. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps.
Highly recommend this location and if you get the chance to work with Angela, you’re in great hands!”

“This was such an amazing place. The manager is customer service driven and a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel so welcome. The facility itself is beautiful and kept immaculately. Very secure although easy to go in and out for customers. I have used other facilities and this was the best by far! Even when I was just done with my space there for now, they were so kind. I will definately be using their facility again in the very near future!! Thank you Ikon for making our crazy situation so much easier.”
“I just wanted to put a post out there about my experience with Sandra at the storage business. From the first time I called she was fantastic helping me decide what size unit I would need. When I showed up I couldn’t believe she took the time to drive me around the lot and show me several units she had available. I’m just not used to businesses putting the time and concern into your needs. I give her and the business 10 stars and very glad I found them!”
“I don’t have enough great words to say! The movers were professional, timely, and made the entire process easy. They were quick, but handled everything with the upmost care. I would highly recommend to any and everyone!”
“So far a great experience. Shawn drove my daughter and myself around on the golf cart picking out the perfect spot to store our items! Tom was helpful at the desk. They gave us excellent service and we will be using them for a while. Great location on Walden Avenue and close to everything.”

“First, I would like to say, great job Camellia! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The storage unit itself, amazing. It was very clean and very well maintained. I noticed a lot of security cameras throughout the whole premises. No gimmicks, no false advertisement just straight up good business. The best part, while everyone's charging $150 or more or a more for a 10x10 storage unit, 101 along with a $100 security deposit. Wich you get back after you move your stuff out of the unit. That's the way I like to do business. Overall, I very pleasant and safe experience. Keep up the great work.”
“These wonderful folks bailed me out last minute when another local business let me down. They had me in a clean, new unit for my household goods in minutes.Need storage? Check here first.”
“New ppl which are the old owners family seem really nice... old owner did not follow rules and regulations of a storage place in New York state.. it remains to be seen whether the new owners will or will not”
