U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
6509 Transit Road, Bowmansville NY 14026
“Very convenient location if moving to town to live/work at Henry Ford Hospital and nearby The Boulevard Apartments. The location is safe but a bit confusing as there are residents sitting on the porch who have nothing to do with the business and are not very communicative. The agent at this location found my iPad (after I reached out via a 1-800 representative) which had fallen down the back of the seat and was not visible to me whilst executing the drop off process. She was very patient with my multiple phone calls to coordinate with my daughter for retrieval of the iPad! I am so impressed with the service during this issue! Thank you!”

“I work for a cleaning company and had to stop by this location to drop off items from a hoarding clean. I had some issues getting into the gate so I went inside to speak with someone. Heather was awesome! She looked up the issue and fixed it within minutes! May she continue to work there and forever make things easier for us ❤️”

Enterprise Truck Rental
3900 Broadway, Buffalo NY 14227
“Cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I will only ever rent from Enterprise and they continue to prove why. From check in to return the guys were excellent. I had to make a long journey to Florida back in January and ran into trouble along the way home. There was a little delay in getting help due to the time of day but I eventually made it home. This office was so accommodating and kind during the whole ordeal. Highly recommend!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Orchard Park Rd
3120 Orchard Park Rd, West Seneca NY 14224
“The truck did have a lot of crumbs in the passenger seat and although I don’t care about the crumbs themselves, I just didn’t want to get gigged for them when I returned the truck (luckily I did not!) - even with this in mind, I would still 100% go back to this location. Friendly staff, quick pick up & drop off and the cargo van was definitely a newer model. 10/10 recommend”

Budget Truck Rental
2408 Bailey Ave, Buffalo NY 14215
“The team at the Bailey Budget were amazing with our rental. The rental process was easy and when we had a small engine issue on our trip to Canada, the team really went above and beyond. Steve and team organized a tow to cross back into the US and had 4 of their staff meet us on a Sunday at the building to personally help load our stuff from the old truck to the new one. That type of quick pivoting and help was greatly appreciated and I would recommend the team there without a doubt.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Transit Rd
6161 Transit Road, Depew NY 14043
“Great customer service! Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person who was helping me, but he was super patient with me while I was trying to fix my trailer light connector, and even provided me some tools to make my suffering and embarrassment faster and easier. I was able to fix my connector really quick (thanks to his cutters and electrical grease), and this great guy installed the towing dolly and explained how to use it before and after I get the car on it. Also, he was super nice with explaining how to return this dolly after store closes. I was able to return the towing dolly on the same day after store closed by using their U-Haul app. It took me 5-10 minutes, and I received a receipt right after I submitted all the pictures of the dolly. Great experience and even better people working there! 10/10”

Trailer Hitches at U-Haul
6161 Transit Rd, Depew NY 14043
“Had hitch installed last year. Smashed up a bunch of wires on my utility trailer because they were not fastened and got stuck between car jack and the driveway. Completely my fault. This caused a blown inline fuse, and also later we found out it shorted out my brake controller. Elaine had it all fixed, and brake controller replaced, free of charge- even though it had been due to my error. If you have an issue, they take care of it, no questions asked.”
