“Normally when I come to this store I get great customer service, and it's right by me, but the customer service I had today was really poor. I don't know who the cashier is, because there is no name. She didn't greet me, she didnt tell me the total of my perchance, like other cashiers do. and instead of handing me the receipt she just throws it in the bag. Normally I don't have any problems when I come here, but today I did, on 01/03/22”
“Love Dollar General! Most of the staff is great and very helpful. Even when I come in last minute b4 they flose, they help ke out and are very nice to me. Pretty good variety of items here also”
“Clean store & great selections. A little upset that almost every time, the cashier is in the back room & I have to wait for her to come out & ring me up. Never see her when I come in; while I shop; had to ask a vendor where something was. She didn't know. Instead of finding several things on my list, I purchased only one. Had to stand at the counter waiting for the cashier to come out of the back room. She seemed perturbed with my interruption.”

So let's hope to a new place that stays the course cause right now, it's what everyone could use and needs at great prices for good stuff. “Really nice, clean store. They've really made it look great. People are nice. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to help in the furniture department, and many times they don't have certain furnishings/sofas/mattresses in stock.”
“This is a nice Dollar General. Always have friendly helpful staff. If you haven't been to a Dollar General, you can get so many things there and their prices on some things are better than larger area grocery stores.”

“Great staff, they keep the store clean. The only complaint that I have is that the past few times I've been there they have left stuck unattended in the aisles which leaves clutter and makes it hard to move around.”

“I use Southport Thrift Store as a pickup place when ordering from Wish. To ship there is cheaper than to my house, they have Always been very friendly and professional. I really like them, they have a lot of great merchandise, and prices are pretty awesome. I definitely recommend them”

“Great store to just let your kids look and choose what ever they want and it only a dollar and a quarter , two toys or what ever and a bag of snacks for less than 5 bucks , you can't beat it , the stuff may be cheap the kids love it.”
“Since the Upgrade and Remodel the store is more open. Clean, and has many many more products. They added a self checkout for Credit and debit card transactions, it may be upgraded to accept cash transactions eventually. The staff is helpful. My only complaint and hope for next winter, is that they start to shovel and clear their sidewalks. This past winter they didn't even attempt to shovel their sidewalks once, no salt, or even saw dust. It made for a horrible walk to and even past the store to other places. I really hope they will at least hire someone this coming winter to shovel these highly traveled sidewalks.”
