They sent me an email telling me this and offered to sell me another glove at 15% off. I didn't find another glove that I wanted, but found it at another site. I emailed Baseball Bargains back telling them that I just wanted a refund. Baseball Bargains wasted no time giving me my refund, it was almost instant. That's what amazing customer service is.
