“I went to the Columbia clearance store today and Scott and Karen were great! They helped me find all of the products I was looking for and gave excellent service.”
“The store manager Khalib (Forgive me if I misspelled it), was amazing . He went above and beyond to assist my son and I. I will definitely be back to spend my money because he showed that customer service is important.”
“Seth absolutely rocks and deserves a raise. I couldn’t find the right jeans after shopping for an hour and even tho there was a long line at check out, he took the time to help me find the perfect jeans online and order them to my house. Patience and kindness and people like that make the world to a better place!”
“They are the best, they have got the best fleece as well as sweatshirt and sweat pants, however they don't have anyoutlets near smithtown/kingspark/commack. All prices are very fair and they have got the best quality of shoes among all brands.”
“I came in looking for a pair a shoes.
Upon entering,I was greeted by Gina. She had asked me if I needed any assistance,(as she was stocking shoes back on the shelves)and that she’d be happy to help me.With the help from Gina,I found exactly what I was Looking for.Thank you Gina!
Thank you Famous Footwear for hiring employees like Gina. She is,without a doubt, an asset to your company.

“Not sure if they are still the same owners BUT I paid for a silk screening on my Jeep spare tire cover in 2012. It is now 2021 and after all the snow, sun, Hurricanes etc there is ZERO FADE AND ZERO WEAR ON THE LETTERING! OUTSTANDING AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I've also purchased MMA gear at more than reasonable pricing etc but if you need any silk screen, embroidery etc this is proof that their product/service is 5 stars”
“The price of the merchandise is amazing. I got some good deals. I cant wait to go back again. The prices are the best. I got a tank for like 10 bucks. And a hat which was the best.”
“One of the best sporting goods on the island, I come here almost weekly for my badminton team and get our rackets re strung and we even buy them, we’ve never had a problem. Everything is perfect and price is perfect”
“There is a girl who works at this location by the name of Joanne who is absolutely amazing. She is always so helpful and is always very bubbly when I come in to shop. There has never been a time when I walk through the door and I have not been greeted. She is the primary reason why I go to this store. She is awesome!”
