“Wow ! In late November 2023 l saw a car l was interested in on my Copilot App and it told me the car dealership location. I emailed requesting information and got a quick response from Mathew a salesman at the Volz used car center that sells the used inventory for Brewster Ford . Every question and info l requested was answered quickly. He took extensive video for me as l am from long Island NY quite far ... l got very sick with the flu for 2 weeks putting all on hold ... but guess who checked to see how l was ... yes Mathew ! The holidays came and went ... l looked to see if the car was still available and it was ... l decided l would go check it out and take a test drive ... well Mathew did one better knowing how far l was he arranged with the Boss another excellent person! To bring the vehicle home a closer distance to me ... l took a ferry over to Connecticut on a Sunday mind you they are closed ! But not Brewster and Volz People they go above and beyond ! I drove to Mathews home where he greeted me with open arms and off we went to test drive and discuss the car in depth . I noticed a vibration on the car and he said he would have the mechanics look/disgnose and fix it . I decided to go ahead with the car deal ... absolutely no pressure no nonsense upfront on all . I am very happy all the way around with car. Did l mention Mathew delivered the car to the Bridgeport Ferry where l had arrived from port jefferson NY as a walk on and drove it back on to Ferry home yes Wow !I returned to have the car serviced for the vibration a few weeks later, l arrived for my appointment met Brian great guy ! The 3 service writers greeted me from my journey with smiles and took my car in right away. They had a driver take me and my little dog "Blue" to the Danbury Carousel Mall 10 minutes away to relax eat and shop while they worked on my car ! When the work was completed they called me and brought my car to me at the Mall ! I didn't have to go back to service... l was on my way back early and very happy ... the car fixed !Tell me what dealership shows that much courtesy and customer service ... Brewster Ford and Volz Inc. Does ! Thats who ! ... All Dealerships should be like this ! “Called to inquire about a set of wheels they had and wanted to double check that they did infact have them. Because they where from a different model then my car, they double checked the fitment and wanted to make sure they would work. All in all, the wheels where in near excellent condition and i mentioned to them that i may be showing up right before closing, so they held the wheels for me and waited till i had arrived. They even included the tires that where on the wheels aswell which they didnt have to do. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs salvaged parts.”
