“Today was our first time in this town and Ms. Cheryl was such a delite. While we waited our turn in line she helped each person selflessly and courtesly. We didnt know how to print from the phone and she explained it so clearly and professionally without making us feel silly for not knowing how to do it. The world definitely needs for cheryls! Would return 10 more times just because of her!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at FedEx, and I really want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received.

The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to assist me with printing a label, even though what I needed help with had nothing to do with the services he was required to provide. He could have easily told me that it wasn’t something he could help with, but instead, he took the time to listen, figure out what I needed, and patiently help me get it done.

His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out to me. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is willing to go the extra mile simply because they want to help another person. He was courteous, patient, and made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier.

This experience reminded me that great customer service is about more than just completing a transaction—it’s about how you treat people. Employees like him are a wonderful reflection of FedEx and make customers feel welcomed and valued.

Thank you so much for your help and for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your kindness and excellent customer service. FedEx is lucky to have someone like you on their team!”
