“I cannot say enough positive things about Hoops Plus. I wanted to replace our 20+ year old hoop system with something more modern and did quite a bit of shopping around. Fortunate to work with Jim and his talented installation team. Jim walked me through the options and process with a tremendous level of fine detail and recommended an option that was perfect for me, never once trying to upsell me with something that didn't suit my needs or budget. The quality of the product at a fantastic price point was perfect for us. The process was so smooth and easy. The installation team worked their tails off via a 2 step process and put in the extra effort to make sure the project was perfect. Really nice guys too. Hoops Plus proves there are still fantastic professionals in the world who exemplify the highest standards of customer service and quality. I highly recommend them for all of your outdoor recreation needs!”

“Went in go get new boots and bindings for my snowboard. Had an idea of what I was looking for but not specifically. I don't recall the name of the guy who helped me but he was extremely helpful and took his time explaining the differences between the bindings, didn't try to up sale on the items. Because of the sale going on I felt like I got a reasonable deal on the items I bought. Will continue to come back”

“i had an amazing experience getting new shoes at ridgefield running! scans were done of my feet to understand where i had more and less pressure when walking, as well as the overall shape and size of my foot. the associate who helped me asked if i had any shoes i enjoyed already and if there was anything specific i was looking for. she came back with some options and i wound up getting some New Balance 1080, which i never would’ve looked at on my own! the color way i wanted was not in stock at the store, so they were brought over from a sister store and ready to be picked up the next day! highly recommend for great service and great products!”

“I recently visited the Lululemon store at the Danbury Mall in Danbury, CT, and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a saleswoman who immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained that I was looking for a specific pair of pants but only saw the ones with the pocket on the side, which I didn't need since I don't get out much to walk anymore due to battling stage 4 lung cancer. The kindness and understanding I received from her, the manager, and the other saleswomen working that day were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to assist me, making me feel valued and cared for during a challenging time. Their compassion and excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Lululemon team, for your incredible support!”
