“I have not been to the Banana Republic store at the Danbury Mall for awhile until last week when I was just looking around in the Mens department for a gift idea, I was approached by friendly staffs if I needed help and offered suggestions, the merchandise selection were a bit limited but nicely presented which made it easy to see everything, I really liked the music they were playing in the background that was upbeat yet soothing and not too loud which created a positive vibe for me to stay longer than some of the other stores I quickly walked in and out. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and will return soon.”

“This location is incredibly well kept and has the friendliest staff ever. They helped me as I circle through ourfits, found didfent sizes and gave fashion insight as asked. They are not at all pushy, and if you prefer to shop by yourself they will happily step back. HOWEVER, that said they should get a customer service award for the effort they put into their work. “I don't typically leave reviews but I had a great experience here. I recently went in for the first time and had my hair cut by Jessica. It was great! She was friendly, down to earth, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and even gave me tips to help style myself at home. The rest of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and the facilities were very clean. I would recommend this salon to everyone.”
