“ASK FOR SUZANNE! My daughter and I were shopping across the road at DSW. I mentioned to her a few times that a New Balance store was across the road and we should take a look. Of course, the teenager declined. Of course, after not being satisfied with the selection she opted for the run across the road. I'M SO GLAD WE DID. We enetered the store was looked at and not acknowledged by a male sales representative, who really doesn't matter. I felt after a quick browse of the store we were not going to receive customer service worthy of our time and money. Boys and girls I was incredibly wrong. Out from the back, I assume she was, as she was not on the sales floor upon our arrival, appears the GREAT SUZANNE. Her greeting, her patience, her time, her knowledge, her energy is all I'd like to share. She measured my daughters feet and was on the move. She wasted no time in asking the right questions and providing several selections based upon the answers given. My daughter was able to have her "footing" corrected with the assistance of Suzanne. My daughter made her choice. I had no intention of making any purchases, however, the service and knowledge that Suzanne provided for my daughter, I decided I wanted a pair of shoes also. Suzanne measured, asked questions and was on the move to provide that wonderful experience again. Amidst our light banter and trying on my selections Suzanne learned something about my daughter and was so happy for her. She went above and beyond her customer service for New Balance and she made a phone call and was able to provide my daughter with some valuable information. I found the shoe I wanted, but, the store did not have my size, sadly. I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF SUZANNE! Did I forget to mention the sneakers that my daughter chose are everything and more where comfort is desired...Suzanne you are remarkable at what you do and who you are...DON'T CHANGE. The world will always be a better place because of YOU. YES, THIS IS A REVIEW BECAUSE OF SUZANNE AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THANK YOU!”

“I’m plus sized, 18-20 depending on the item. This store is very expensive! I personally shop at cheaper places because my style just needs comfort. BUT, the staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY! They make you feel welcome, whether you’re browsing or buying. I never feel insulted, which surprisingly happens @ other stores. THEIR BRAS are amazingly comfortable and fair priced! I understand not every store is gonna be cheap so I do appreciate the other aspects, customer service is a big deal ! CONS: My issue with box lunch is that they are always overpriced. I hardly see them running any major discounts (not counting clearance) and I don't know if they price match or not OVERALL: I would check out this place but just be aware of the prices. If you find something that you think you can't get anywhere else and the price is okay then get it. If you think you can get it somewhere else than you might as well wait”

“Visited this lovely store today for the first time. I love how everything is organized by color and style. It's very neat and everything is so easy to find. The styles are classy and timeless, and made out of materials that will stand the test of time. What really made this experience so wonderful was the sales associate that helped me. She found alternate sizes and colors, gave great info about this Lab store as well as the other location, and ordered a top to be shipped directly to my home when they didn't have the color/size I wanted in the store. She also explained the benefits of becoming a store member which include some fabulous discounts, so of course I signed up! I've only been to two or three stores in person since the pandemic started, and this was such a positive experience. I'll definitely be back.”
