Whats with blocking the door and taking names when there are 5 sales people standing around and not one customer inside?

This store closed on a Sunday from 2PM-3PM, don’t think that is professional while people are trying to do returns & exchanges, didn’t give me a reciept and just told me to check my e-mail and take the store number. Unprofessional
