They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”
“This is a very honest shop and Reed really helped me out! I was hit by a wreckless driver who scratched the side of my car. Reed took a look and had his shop clean the sides and the scratches were miraculously removed. He didn’t charge me for this service but I will be back to get their help removing a dent that was left over. Cannot recommend this shop enough! Amazing hard working honest employees!! “Kevin recently detailed my C8 Z06 with CQuartz Finest Reserve and not only was the work outstanding and diligent; but he took the extra time to explain the full process and provided me an entire document to care for the car going forward.
He also took extra time to install side radiator covers that I had ordered separately, and did not charge me for the time it took him to flawlessly put them on.
Kevin spent a lot of time communicating with me for weeks leading up to the appointment to discuss pricing, and options relative to my budget to make sure I was well informed on all of the products he uses.

I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). “I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”
