I was prescribed an epi-pen and Altru went above and beyond to advocate for me. Even after calling my insurance and my doctor, I was unpleasantly surprised by the news at the pharmacy that the insurance was denying coverage. Altru told me immediately what to do and how to push for it because of how important it could be to my life. When I called the insurance, and the insurance called Altru, Altru immediately picked up, corrected the insurance, advocated for an override, and somehow managed to order a version they didn't have in stock to arrive later that same day. I was willing to wait, but they made it happen. Thank you Altru!”

“I've been Using this pharmacy for about 12 years. In this time I move twice, And no matter how far i move, I still go back to them. They treat myself and my family with kindness and respect. They make sure you understand the medications you're given. They happily answer any of you questions, clearly. They do the best they can in order to help all around. There has been times in which my baby was sick and I was too far and they personally delivered my son's medication. That alone is why I truly respect them.
