“I always go to Mavis, so when I got a sudden flat tire down the road from this location, they took me instantly. I called and asked if they had time to take me within a half hour, and Joe told me absolutely. When I got there, I didn’t even have to go in the building. Joe walked up to me and asked if I was the person who called, and then took my keys and brought the car in right away. Even when I asked for a last minute oil change request, they did it with no issues whatsoever.
They even went out of their way to help my friend with his car’s rear wiper even though he didn’t come in for any service to be done. Rich took time out of his schedule to get my friend exactly what he needed. They genuinely care for their customers.

I left satisfied but not sure if my AAA discount was applied to the bill. Regardless the price was fair, perhaps more reasonable than other automotive shops in the area. I usually do repairs myself but didn’t have time due to work schedules and James took good care of my truck. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and charged me fairly for the work done. “Very happy with Erics Cutting Edge. Brought truck in before Christmas-they were happy to work with the extended warranty company I was covered by. They handled all communication with them, kept in frequent communication with me and were able to address and repair the engine issue. Few days later, engine light went on for an unrelated issue. They prioritized the repair, and once again, worked with the warranty company and were able to get the truck approved for the repair and fixed in a short amount of time. Eric and Melissa were easy to deal with (along with my many questions), and never made me feel like I was a bother. Highly, highly recommended.”

“I have a 1985 MB, 380 SL, it needed a wheel alignment plus they saw it needed front wheel bushings and engine motor bolt, the car runs great. Very happy with them. I live in Valley Stream. I dropped my car off and took the LIRR back home. I just don't have anybody work on my car. He was highly recommended to me. I'm glad I went to see them. Eddie is very honest & professional. I highly recommend them.
