I drove back to Rochester area from NJ and had brakes grinding without prior warning. Parent in a hospital - you keep going. Called Northside the next morning . They were able to look at my vehicle quickly. Ended up being a very small issue and they fixed it for me at no charge. Very cool

Went in for an oil change. They got me in right away. The customer service was excellent . My husband was with and is in a wheelchair. They helped him out of the car while we waited and then helped him back in. Price for the oil change was very reasonable as well. My new service station.
