During this massive heat wave, my 87 year old mother's ac went out, we called him at 8am and within 45 mins he had a new unit sent over and installed it too!! Not sure what she would have done without Him!! Truly a blessing and very rare you can get customer service like this anymore. I highly reccommend this store and staff. In the past also he has come thru for us many times, Thank you so very much from us and my mom!”

“While the lines can get long here, they go by fast. I find the workers to be helpful every time I come (I often try to do pick up which is the fastest) but this time I walked in and while the line looked scary, it went by in 10mins tops so it all worked out. The selection is always available and there's good value for your money. I just wish they didn't charge for parking but I guess it's not up to them.”
