I brought my car in for a simple noise, and Johnny diagnosed it faster than I diagnose myself on WebMD. The man inspected my car like it was going on a first date. Tony runs the place like a pit crew chief, Johnny works like he’s trying to earn “Employee of the Millennium,” and I left wondering if I should tip them.
If your car’s broken, go to Tony’s. If your car isn’t broken, still go — Johnny will find a way to impress you anyway.”

“Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff.
Few things to know:
1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic.
2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end.
3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call.
4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair.
Highly recommend.”

“J&R is the place for auto service and repairs. I have been with them for over 14 or 15 years. Last week the service department at MB told me the rear spring coils on my GLE350 were damaged and I needed to replace them. I brought my car to J&R. Jose and Nico performed a full and thorough inspection on my vehicle and found no signs of damage to the rear springs. MB was obviously trying to scam me out of money for unnecessary service. I just saved a bundle by switching to J&R. Will bring my car to them from now on in place of MB. David, Nicole, and Jose are the creme of the crop. I highly recommend them.”
