By far the worst location out of all citi banks. I miss the old team and the old management. Wait times are insane and service sucks. God forbid you ask for managements assistance. The manager Mildred I believe is her name is rude and dismissive. Better of taking the trip to another location and hope for better.

I went to the bank to open business account i had state issued documents along with irs ein letter the vice president named mildred vasques told me she had doubts in the documents and did not want to open the account and told me to try other branch

The new manger got everyone wants to quit and the line for the talur is always to the door on the out side what’s going on there
I really didn’t want new ppl to see my account I wish the old team comes back
