“I was visiting the area and discovered my internet, and google maps feature did not work on my phone when I got to New York from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I was on the phone to my cell phone provider tech support for 2 hours between three calls, and they couldnt figure it out. I drove around in circles for hours, from JFK airport and ended up at this shop looking for a map to buy. The owner got his son and he figured out how to download a map and use it off line. It got me to where I need to go. I wll never fotget how the little discount store in the Bronx help me out and would not accept anything in return. This tells me they are very very good people here. Thank you for your help and support.”

They have a large selection of items here from home decor to personal hygiene goods. Bathmats, curtains, cleaning products, bedding, beverages, bathroom and kitchen items, school supplies and toys. I’ve been to other dollar trees that are consistently like this and it annoys me, because the aisles are blocked off. But Westchester Square Dollar Tree is always clean and shelves stocked! The lines are crazy sometimes, which is why I rated 4/5, but the staff gets them moving and people out the store. I’ve never met an employee not helpful in this dollar tree! It has everything from gardening supplies, party supplies, cleaning supplies, cold food (the refrigerators are full and the aisle is long, offering a lot of variety), sausages, pizza, juices, cooking supplies, personal hygiene items, canned goods, a variety of foods, crafts, beauty products, tools, and much more. The staff are courteous and helpful consistently and the owner is friendly, professional and does all the various tasks needed to run the store. There is a wide variety of items available and the shelves are well stocked, clean and orderly. The prices are the same as most other stores of this nature and discounts are about average. The hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday to Sunday. The store size is about average, ie. not small but not very large. It is my go-to 99 cents store and I can almost always find what I am searching for.”
