I visited them a few months ago and I’ve been waiting to move for months after turning in my documents. I was told I would be contacted but never have it’s been 8 months. After leaving countless voicemails and I constantly see them giving apartments to other people but never answer any call back. It’s ridiculous

Fordham Bedford did nothing after packages meant for post office pick up were stolen from the lobby. They didn't even bother to review security tapes. Their security guards are 20-somethings who are untrained with their heads buried in their phones so they don't see what's going on

This is Fordam-Bedford Housing Corp it's not a bank. They changed the name and abbreviated the name. So no one can find negative reviews about their apt buildings. This managenent company needs major improvement.
