Foot Locker offers good quality products, though customers have noted that the website can provide incorrect stock information, leading to disappointment. The store has a limited selection, particularly for sizes above toddler, but some shoppers have still found what they need. One employee, Tamia, received praise for her patience and ability to help customers find the right shoes, despite the busyness of the store. While some find it challenging to make purchases due to the narrow selection, others have successfully left with multiple pairs. Customer service is generally regarded as excellent, especially during busy release times, where arriving early is recommended for popular items like Jordans.
