“VIM was one of my go-to places to buy clothes when I was younger. They always had cool clothes, sneakers, and different styles that stood out. The prices could be a little high at times, but the selection usually made it worth it.

Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! Great store!”

“I meant to do this review from May 2024, i went to footlocker on Westchester Avenue 10472, the service was phenomenal, Janil Karar was such a great help, I went with one of my sons to get shoes, he went to the storeroom so many times until my son got the shoes he wanted, he never showed anyone frustration was just as polite and professional as ever, I don't get that kind of service anymore in stores, was refreshing to see that someone still have that great customer service!! I Highly recommend this store, the cashier was very nice as well!!”

“I've been to this store 4 times in the last month they have no extra large sizes. I'm not an extra. Large or even a large. I don't know who makes these clothes but I'll have to check on that! The clothes are very beautiful to look at if you can fit them. They have no dressing room that would help me to keep from running back and forth from the house to the store that is quite far from my house. I need to charge them carfare. You only have 7 days to return an outfit or what do you do with it if you miss the time. It'd be a waste of money. No one has money to waste”

“The store is presented to the usual clarks standard. It was quiet and clean at the time. The two young assistants seemed adequately pleasant..both ended up helping me. I visited the store for an exchange of a product purchased online.
The African American young lady went the extra mile and actually issued an immediate PayPal refund based on the fact that the exact same shoe ( different size) was on discount in the store. Therefore, less than what I paid when I ordered online. I was actually happy and prepared to do the straight swap - so the refund of the difference was a really nice touch that I appreciated.
The store seemed to have a good variety of stock for both men and women.. Didn't pay much attention to the kid's products.
I would return for sure! Especially as a visitor to the states. It was a great first impression.”

“I got my new heels broken in, a day before I had to wear them to a wedding. Customer service was generally good and the price was very affordable. My only issue was when I went to pick up my shoes a couple hours after I dropped them off, the owner was not there. He had given me his number, so I called him. He told me that he had to go to a meeting but that he was 15 minutes away. I ended up waiting for him for over 30 minutes. That was not cool, hence the loss of a star.”
