“Well organized ! I came into during the Black Friday sale looking for outfits for my soon to be god daughter. Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! Great store!”
“Fantastic Experience !! I have never purchased Skechers until now. I passed by the Throggs Neck store yesterday and was assisted by Desiree, a lovely young woman that made it fun to shop with and made suggestions as to what style footwear would be best for me as I have a wide foot. Though I came in to buy for myself, I decided to look at the women section. She asked who I had in mind, I told her, for my mother. She then started to show and advise which styles would be nice and liked the choices she made, it was great! I never felt pressured nor felt she was selling, rather informing me of how stylish, comfortable and how well made Skechers are. I had the intention of only buying one pair but purchased four pair of footwear. Desiree delivered a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, even suggested socks and care products. “I meant to do this review from May 2024, i went to footlocker on Westchester Avenue 10472, the service was phenomenal, Janil Karar was such a great help, I went with one of my sons to get shoes, he went to the storeroom so many times until my son got the shoes he wanted, he never showed anyone frustration was just as polite and professional as ever, I don't get that kind of service anymore in stores, was refreshing to see that someone still have that great customer service!! I Highly recommend this store, the cashier was very nice as well!!”

“I've been to this store 4 times in the last month they have no extra large sizes. I'm not an extra. Large or even a large. I don't know who makes these clothes but I'll have to check on that! The clothes are very beautiful to look at if you can fit them. They have no dressing room that would help me to keep from running back and forth from the house to the store that is quite far from my house. I need to charge them carfare. You only have 7 days to return an outfit or what do you do with it if you miss the time. It'd be a waste of money. No one has money to waste”

“I had such a positive experience shopping here. The staff Anthony were super friendly and patient, especially with my kids trying on different shoes. They had a great selection of trendy sneakers and boots in all sizes, and the store was really clean and organized. The team helped us find the right fit and even suggested a few styles my kids ended up loving. Prices were fair, and checkout was quick and easy.

“The store is presented to the usual clarks standard. It was quiet and clean at the time. The two young assistants seemed adequately pleasant..both ended up helping me. I visited the store for an exchange of a product purchased online.
The African American young lady went the extra mile and actually issued an immediate PayPal refund based on the fact that the exact same shoe ( different size) was on discount in the store. Therefore, less than what I paid when I ordered online. I was actually happy and prepared to do the straight swap - so the refund of the difference was a really nice touch that I appreciated.
The store seemed to have a good variety of stock for both men and women.. Didn't pay much attention to the kid's products.
I would return for sure! Especially as a visitor to the states. It was a great first impression.”

“I got my new heels broken in, a day before I had to wear them to a wedding. Customer service was generally good and the price was very affordable. My only issue was when I went to pick up my shoes a couple hours after I dropped them off, the owner was not there. He had given me his number, so I called him. He told me that he had to go to a meeting but that he was 15 minutes away. I ended up waiting for him for over 30 minutes. That was not cool, hence the loss of a star.”
“Just went in for snow boots and I had a great experience with a sales associate/cashier Jazzly. She was great in explaining the product and why it was a good purchase. I often run into people that seem to not want to be at their jobs but Jazzly was SUPERB and at 10:30am getting a smile and great energy from someone is always a plus. “fabco shoes must take the place of payless shoes and for me they do a good job at that. i was doing a little sunday morning shopping on fordham rd bronx and i made a semi quick stop at fabco to pick up a few pairs of slippers , casual slip ons , winter boots that i will leave in my trunk when snow falls without warning. if you want cheaped priced footware and acessories for gals, gents , kids, babies, then fabco shoes is the place to visit and i really dont want to hear the haters say well its not grade a quality which my rebuttal is what the fu#k do you want for under 20 bucks a pair, come on people they serve the same purpose as those overpriced ones and if they fall apart , get stolen or lost you really wont give a crap. nice gal helped me and also rang me up for a whopping 92.56. i was never into pricey footware and with fabco around that trend will continue.”
