“I was there two weeks ago my daughter bought a gift it didn't work out. We swapped it for something else that also didn't work out and so I came today to change it. It's worth noting that when we were there two weeks ago with my family The tow women who were working, they offered no alternative or gave any information about the boots and the product and how long it takes to break it in and just some of the things that would have been important to know for a novice Dr Marten wearer. I am happy to report that Justin and Leo were on duty today along with their amazing Male manager. I-didn't get his name collectively they were amazing - from my entrance to departure. so now I know that I need to do to break these boots in - for about 4-5 wears- i purchased at their suggestion the substance to soften the leather and as a result, I left a satisfied customer All organizations should be aware that this is the difference between good customer service, and people who are just phoning it in good job, Justin and Leo well done.”

“Nice sales on shirts, shoes, and boots. This Macy's is inside a mall. Parking can be hard during the weekends and holidays. During the weekend you can be stuck in long lines waiting for customer service and registers. It gets very busy during the weekend and slower during the week. Wheelchair friendly. They have restrooms inside the store. Check the website to see if the item is available at the store before your trip. I use online order store pick-up, which is great when your item size is not correct you are allowed to exchange the item or request a refund. They have curbside pickup for online store orders.”

“I went to the Porta Bella store in Parkchester, needing two suits for a funeral. One was for my Dad, to be layed to rest and the other was for my Son who would be attending the service. You have to put your grief on hold for these moments, while making these types of preparations. Staff were professional, conscientious , and warm to my situation. They assisted me in choosing two "Dope" designer suits with beautiful shirts, ties, etc. They measured my son for alterations for a perfect fit. We also ended up purchasing a dress coat that had my son considering to expand his wardrobe. That truly put a smile on my face. Just wanted to give Porta Bella Staff a big thank you for their kindness during a difficult time.”
