The Home Depot on Bruckner Blvd and Brush in the Bronx serves the local community with a wide range of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies for home improvement and gardening projects. Customers appreciate the availability of diverse products and the knowledgeable staff who provide helpful advice and support, making shopping easier for both DIYers and professionals. The store is generally clean and well-organized, and employees are often praised for their willingness to assist and explain project details. However, there are some concerns. The bathroom access is difficult due to a key system, which customers find inconvenient and discriminatory. Some visitors have experienced rude behavior from staff, and the store’s atmosphere can be affected by safety concerns. Additionally, there are reports of uncomfortable situations outside the store involving people offering unsolicited help with belongings or approaching aggressively, which can make customers feel unsafe. One unusual complaint mentions dogs attacking people in the store, which is alarming and not typical of other big stores like Lowe’s. Despite these issues, the store remains a helpful place for home improvement needs, but customers hope for improved safety and customer service experiences.
With the exception of this fence adding more steps than I wanted to my walk, my visit was adequate. The Zep antibacterial cleaner that I use for work was sold out but check out was fast and the staff was friendly.

The bad thing is when you pay with cash and not with the card because the line gets very long
