“Have been a T-mobile customer seen 2003, Yes, over 22 years.
I was gonna to give up on T-mobile and go to a different carrier. Until, I walk in E.174St store in The Bronx. First of all it's very clean, shout out to the manger and staff there for keeping the store up. My experience was with Yali, I believe that's a part of her name. I'm an older man I'm not up on the new upgrade system.
She's took her time to explain to me what's was wrong with my phone and why I was getting extra charges and she's help with more space to my iCloud. I have the 14pro and basically
Yali said Mr. Shine it's maybe time for an upgrade. lol
She's showed me my options. So with that's been said, I was coming into the store paying my last bill with T-mobile instead getting an upgrade to the 17ProMax.

“Running into staff who are at work to leave smiles on costumers faces is the best feeling and I was never treated with as much love respect and patience from a staff like I did from Mairelis. Even after coming back and forth for days she never showed a sign of annoyance and always gave statements that made me walk out without my item but without a single anger and I feel like every costumer needs to come deal with a staff with that sort of capability because emotions is one of our number one components and one who can keep others calm no matter what deserves it all.”

“10/0 experience at this T-mobile location. Abraham truly warranted his title as an Expert. He walked me through my options for upgrades and had corrected some misinformation I had received from another rep at another location. He was patient answering all of my questions until I was able to decide on an option that best suited my needs. He was masterful at navigating the high-volume in the store with grace and professionalism!
When I went home, I conjured up a few more questions and called back. Abraham was on his lunch break but I appreciated his prompt and courteous follow-up he extended to me . His attention felt above-and-beyond.
Vicky was also an exceptional and bubbly rep in the store who was detail-oriented and kind while helping clients out.

“I went to this store on Black Friday and once I spoke with Panda he knew exactly what plan to offer me to port in my lines and internet package. While I was waiting for the process to be done one of the employees a white ma with gray hair offered me carrot cake and cup of water. The attention, the fast customer service, and the great hospitality I give it a 100.

“The was great when I go and pay but when I have a problem with my cell one day took it to them a guy that worked there looked at me asked me was I there before I said yes for paying the bill and I spotted something uncomfortable I asked guy I might have problem it the cellphone he haven't seen it and just said we do fix cells and I asked him does he know where to go said don't know maybe somewhere out there. I asked him if he had some cell, and it was Galaxy A54 he said they don't have that and offered the cheapest cell like I don't have money or something. Mean you, he hasn't looked at my cell at all. Sorry, I need to let that out. Impression in the past was great. No problem besides that. By the way, it was the battery needed to change it.”

“All I was going to do was discuss an issue that I was having with my bill and leave, instead I met a business woman, by the name of Lynn Serrano. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. I was planning to stay no longer than 10 minutes but ended up staying for an hour. Think about that. Amazing customer service, very sweet, skilled and well spoken. 10/10.”
