“The first time that I went to an urgent care I remember in Fordham Road never wanted to know of urgent care again it was so bad until I cut my hand washing dishes and went to the one in Webster the staff the doctors so so kind and understanding they speak your language they speak to make you understand what they talking about I will recommend anybody to go there they will be treated the right way, my love to them God bless them all?❤️ ”
“Great experience even tho the circumstances are unfortunate. Responded within minutes of contact, set up an appointment same day as contact. Ensured us that the samples are handled with care. Explained in great detail the process, how samples are being tested as well as when we will receive the results. Was truly a pleasure and made light of the situation.”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! Thank u ms Yvonne and ms Angela for all u help!”

“I’m not sure where the low ratings are coming from. Directions for check in are clear. You enter the building and go immediately left to check in on the kiosk which is easy to use. I wish I got my techs name! She was super sweet & gentle!”
“Since I am now living in the Bronx, Bay Plaza is one of my retail therapy spot. Somedays it's crowded however not rowdy. There are a few stores that I I LOVE spending my time and in coins in. Pink, Macys, Pandora, White Barn. Also and a few others. They also have a few restaurants at the Bay. There is parking, buses and cabs outside. Shop,eat and enjoy...”

“The phlebotomist was very helpful and pleasant. Went far beyond her duties. She helped me with my Android phone to be able to email her my doctor's request.”
“Called on Wednesday. No hold. Appointment was easily set up for Thursday. They took my credit card info but did not charge it.On Thursday, the Nurse kept me posted ahead of time on her arrived. Nurse arrived and took a swab and answered all my questions pleasantly.Test results were emailed on Friday!My Credit Card was charged AFTER I received my test results.Amazing service. I didn’t have to hold initially when I called. My questions were answered to the point.I was very worried at first because of the negative reviews, which I feel bad about. However, I didn’t have much time and a test was needed ASAP. They were one of my only choices. I thought I would just go ahead and book it and hope the reviews were isolated incidents. I was right. Thank you Speedy Sticks!!”

“The front staff is respectful and polite. I saw some previous reviews that stated the staff is rude but I did not experience any rudeness from the ladies at all, nor work they rude to any of the others who came in while I was there. My appointment was originally for 10:00AM but arrived early to have time to do some other errands and was able to be seen a little earlier. Also, as someone who has small/thin veins and often times phlebotomists have a tough time finding my veins, this phlebotomist was so gentle and got my vein on the first prick. No numerous poking around and no pain. Thank you ladies!”
“The Tech was very nice and personable. She took my blood quick and painlessly. She was very nice and the tests were taken with care quickly. I will use this testing center again.”
