They are predominantly hustlers, they just tried to sell me an expensive phone and an expensive smart watch. So much for the $99. Deal.

I'm not sure why I'll have to pay the full amount for a replacement phone when me and fam been using metro by t-mobile for almost 5 years now. Personally feel like we should be able to get a discount or something...
