He even showed me step by step what he did. Definitely come here for phone or console repairs!”

She took the time to explain a promotion, helped him purchase an iPhone and AirPods at an amazing price, and patiently showed him how to use everything. She even helped him create his iCloud, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. It was truly a great experience. I was gonna to give up on T-mobile and go to a different carrier. Until, I walk in E.174St store in The Bronx. First of all it's very clean, shout out to the manger and staff there for keeping the store up. My experience was with Yali, I believe that's a part of her name. I'm an older man I'm not up on the new upgrade system.
She's took her time to explain to me what's was wrong with my phone and why I was getting extra charges and she's help with more space to my iCloud. I have the 14pro and basically
Yali said Mr. Shine it's maybe time for an upgrade. lol
She's showed me my options. So with that's been said, I was coming into the store paying my last bill with T-mobile instead getting an upgrade to the 17ProMax.
