During the process of transferring my sons previous information to the new phone, we ran into some unforseen complications, which Yessir handled with extreme patience, courtesy, and professionalism! Even when I became frustrated, he kept me calm and reassured me that he would find a way to rectify the situation, and he did! My son and I just left the store, both with brand new phones and I cannot explain how thankful I am for Yessir's assistance. I really didn't expect to find that level of customer service here in the Bronx, because most times I'm met with attitudes and impatience, but not here! I had to get my phone replaced very suddenly the same day it broke and I was offered a Motorola phablet plus case plus screen protector for about $200. I also had to upgrade my phone plan so I could get the upgrade but I've had that plan before so it's not a problem for me.
The upgrade took only like 20 minutes for me to be able to walk out with the phone and getting all my data was about an hour as it downloaded from the Samsung syncing.
