“Walked in without an appointment. Brought a broken phone. Rep talked to me about a few options. I told him we did not want to upgrade the plan as the upgrade was very expensive compared to what we had.He agreed and set us up with a great phone for a few bucks a month. By the time I went next door to get coffee, he had the deal done, the phone out and transferring data.Very, very polite and professional.”

“Ruth was amazing and super helpful with a purchase of three new phones and the transfer of information from the old ones. She was incredibly calm and accommodating when other patrons at the store were pestering her for help. She was able to multitask and assisted everyone who needed something. We were there for several hours while information was transferring but left before one was completed. We had my elderly mother with us and she couldn't sit any longer. Ruth gave us her home phone number in case we had any problems when we got home. All credit to her for getting us through this tedious task.”

“Pos: Store is nice and big. Location has a good parking. Wait time was short for me. I visited couple of stores in the area before, this one give me most positive impression.Cons: Initially I gave them one star, but to be more objective change a review. Most of problems are not because of store, but about Verizon itself. Verizon offering good service for reasonable money, but EVERYTHING took too long. Switch of account would not took more than 30 min, but it took dramatically more for me (calls to support, store visits etc.) I see it as a company policy, they don't respect customers time. And often annoying service. But it have little related to this particular store. Only want to mention to store personal, please don't reset all wifi's and bluetooth on client device without get client permission first, be more careful to not broke sim tray, especially double tray on samsung and don't follow corporate policy by abasing customers personal time. Yeh, short leashes on demo phones looks ridiculous, but looking at violent videos from CA, you know better how to run business.”

Her professionalism and knowledge of all I could qualify for to improve my phone service made my experience satisfactory and easy. I also saw how she patiently assisted an elderly couple with ease and clarity. I'll definitely go back for her assistance in the future. Big up to Krystal.”

“To say that I'm shocked to see these reviews about this store is an understatement. I've been coming here since I was a senior in high school. I got my first blackberry from them in April of 2010. They didn't have the one that I wanted and said that they can order it. I had completely lost my previous phone and they saw that I didn't have a phone, so my dad put the down payment and they gave me a phone to use while I wait for the blackberry to come in. No other phone store would've done that. I've been coming to them ever since. I've brought multiple iPhones throughout the years for me and my daughter from them, never had any problems whatsoever. I had some technical problems with the phone maybe 6 months ago and they helped me and sent me on my way. Didn't ask to be compensated. And last summer, my daughter went to pay her phone bill, and before I drove off, the guy came out waving money in his hand and said that she paid for 2 separate bills when our phone bills had just become linked together. He definitely could've kept that money and I would've never known. That doesn't sound like business owners looking to rob me, that sounds like honest business owners if you ask me. But to each his own. I however will be paying them a visit tomorrow to fix my cracked screen. Contrary to these other reviews, I will continue to support their business like I've been the past almost 15 years”

“They were so very kind and extremely patient... it took 3 days to port out of the GARBAGE COMPANY I was with (DO NOT GO TO Boost Infinite... they are not Boost Mobile, but they are connected some how, but separate at the same time ~confusing ¿¿).. But all the staff at Metro by T-mobile atMain Street Yonkers NY.. Were Absolutely Wonderful to me... the frustration from my old company was just unbelievable BUT THEY HANDLED IT ALL PERFECTLY...Thank You.. I'm a Happy Customer ?”
